Tailoring ensures that your suit will look and feel exactly how you envision.
How long does a measurement appointment take?
A measurement appointment usually takes around 30 minutes. We offer appointments both at our shop in Patong or at your hotel within Phuket. If you’re ordering online, you can also complete the measurement form on our website. During the appointment, we discuss your preferences for fit, length, fabrics, colors, and other customizations.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. Whether you need one item or multiple, we are happy to accommodate your needs. We have tailored suits for weddings, corporate events, or personal use. For online orders, we also offer free shipping via DHL.

Can I order a suit or dress for women?
Absolutely! We offer custom-tailored suits, dresses, blouses, vests, and more for women. You can discuss your requirements with us at our shop in Patong or schedule an online appointment to go over the details.
Can I have my suit tailored with my own creative designs?
Of course! If you have a specific design in mind, whether it’s for a suit, jacket, or shirt, we can bring your vision to life. Bring your design to us, and we’ll tailor it to your specifications, ensuring it’s unique and perfectly crafted for you.
Can you copy the design of a suit I have found online?
Yes, we can replicate the design you’ve found online. Whether it’s the exterior or interior details, we will work to match the style, fabrics, and patterns as closely as possible. You can choose your own fabrics or let us assist you in selecting similar materials.
Appointment and Fittings
Can I schedule an appointment at my hotel or apartment?
Yes, we offer free appointments at any location within Patong or Phuket. Simply let us know the time and place, and we will meet you at your convenience.
How long does a fitting take and how many fittings do I need?
Fittings typically take around 10-20 minutes. You’ll need at least three fittings to ensure the perfect fit, depending on how the suit or garment fits after each stage of adjustments. If you’re on a time crunch, we can work with you to make the process as efficient as possible.
Do I need to get re-measured for every order?
If your first order was made at our shop, you typically won’t need to get re-measured. However, if you made your first order online, we may need to re-check your measurements to ensure they still fit your current body type.
Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, primarily in Baht, but we also welcome other currencies, depending on the exchange rate. For overseas orders, we accept payments via Visa and MasterCard, with the option to pay in Baht. We strive to make the payment process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Can the clothes be delivered to me outside Thailand?
Yes, we offer international shipping via DHL. Once your custom clothing is ready, we will ship it directly to your location. The delivery time varies depending on your country, but it generally takes between 7-20 days.
How much is the shipping fee?
We provide free shipping on all orders within Thailand. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the destination.
Production and Fabrics
How long does it take to receive my custom-tailored clothes?
Custom-tailored clothes typically take 3-7 days to complete. However, if you need the items urgently, we can make arrangements to have them ready in 1-2 days (with a rush fee). For overseas orders, shipping time varies between 7-20 days.
What fabrics do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of fabrics for both suits and shirts, including cotton, wool, cashmere, silk, and more. You can explore our fabric options in person at our shop or online on our website
What is Ply and Thread Count?
Ply refers to the number of threads twisted together to form a single thread. Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into a one-inch square of fabric, both horizontally and vertically. Fabrics with higher ply and thread count tend to be more durable and luxurious.
Alterations and Returns
What if my suit requires an alteration after I received it abroad?
If your suit requires alterations after receiving it, simply contact us, and we will resolve the issue by making the necessary adjustments and shipping the corrected garment to you.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to make a return, please contact us and return the item. We will assist you with the process to ensure a smooth resolution.
What is your product complaints policy?
We don’t have a specific complaints policy, but if we make an error with your garment (such as an incorrect measurement), we will rectify it at no extra cost to you by providing a replacement with the correct specifications.
Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via DHL, serving over 220 countries. No matter where you are, we can deliver your custom-made garments to you.
When ordering a tailor-made suit for the first time, do you save my sizes?
Yes, we store your measurements for up to 5 years. This allows us to process future orders efficiently, even if you’re not able to visit our shop. For repeat customers, we use your saved measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
Care & Maintenance
How often should I dry-clean my suit?
If worn regularly, we recommend dry-cleaning your suit every 2 months. If worn less frequently, 3-4 months is ideal. For suits worn only on special occasions, dry-cleaning every 6 months should suffice.
What do I do if my package has stains on it when I receive it?
While it’s unlikely that stains will appear on the clothing as we do a final check before shipping, if any issue arises during delivery, let us know right away. We will make any necessary adjustments and resend the corrected items.
